Thanks very much for visiting our website. We really appreciate our customers and we do the best we can to do right by them. We've decided to post more information about our company and our business practices so our customers can make an informed decision whether to do business with us.

The Big Idea

We center everything we do around our big idea: If you treat them right, they will come back. Do the right thing and customers will come and then come back and maybe even tell their friends. That just sums it up. If we make a mistake, we make it right. If we make a promise, we make good on it.

I need discreet shipping.

Our shipping is always discreet. Nothing appears on the outer packaging except your name and address and our parent company's name and address. We do not publicize the name of our parent company.

Do you sell illegal products?

No. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the laws in their city, county, and state.

Do you sell K2 or K3?

No. We don't sell K2 for several reasons. One is that you don't know who is making the product, how they're making it, or what they're putting in it. There are too many copycats out there and it's impossible to be sure who made the K2 you're buying. Secondly, K2 has one heck of a bad reputation. Third, K2 is now the new buzzword to describe aromatic incense products. We assume that our customers value discretion and so we don't want K2 attached to our website. As for K3, as we understand it, K3 is no longer being made.

What is Your Refund or Customer Service Policy? How does the Guarantee Work?

  • Shipping
    • Timeliness. We ship all orders within 1 business day of completed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday.
    • Expected Class of Delivery Service: We ship the product at the class of service that you choose.
      • UPS Shipments Only: We reserve the right to choose a less expensive mode of UPS shipping, but only if that class will result in delivery within the time constraints expected by the customer. Choose shipping upgrades wisely. If you're in Iowa, South Dakota, or Missouri, there is usually no reason to pay for overnight shipping or even 2nd day air -- ground shipping will get it there in the same length of time and cost a lot less.
  • Correct Product
    • Correct product. When you let us know that the wrong product was shipped, we will ship you the correct product at no additional charge. You do not need to return the original shipment to us.
    • Correct Product Quantity: If you do not receive the correct quantity, we will ship more product at no additional charge to you.
    • The product will be as described.
      • Obviously, this one can be quite subjective. If you receive a product that does not meet expectations, please let us know. You will have the choice of receiving a replacement of same product or choosing another equivalently-priced product. We will gladly replace a product that does not meet expectations once at no charge. You may or may not be asked to return the original product (at our shipping expense).
  • Refunds.
    • Refunds are available for several reasons.
    • Obviously, if you do not receive your order, please let us know. We will either ship out the product plus extra bonuses for the inconvenience, or offer you a refund if that is not possible.
    • If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped out, we can either void the transaction if early enough, or refund your card.
    • Once a product is shipped out, refunds can be granted if the product is returned un-opened, un-damaged, and un-altered, on a case-by-case basis.

Can I buy your products if I'm under legal age in my state?

No. Presentation of a credit card for payment represents that you are above legal age in your state. We use additional security methods to make sure that billing and shipping information are legitimate. Packages require adult signature for delivery. Additionally, before being allowed to purchase our products, customers are required to agree to the conditions of use of our site, which state several times that we do not sell to folks that are under legal age. The age of consent specified in our conditions of use is 18, as that is most common, but if the legal age is 19 in your state, you are required to abide by the laws of your state.

Can I get free samples?

Yes, we do give out free samples *with paid orders* only, when we have them to give. We do not always have samples in stock to distribute.  The great thing about Herbalaxation is our 100% guarantee, which we stand behind. So our view is that free samples are not really needed because if you order something from us and you don't like it, all you have to do is let us know and we'll make it right anyway. :)

No, reviews encourage consumption of these products, which are not for consumption in any way.
