Information by Phone Policy

Obviously, customers will sometimes need to call in to obtain information on an order they've placed. Before we can discuss even the existence of an order, we will need the following information -

• Order Number if possible,
• Customer Name,
• last four of credit card used for the purchase,
• and other details that will help us make sure that we are talking to the customer prior to giving out any information at all, or even confirming the existence of an order.

This is for your protection. Please remember that we don't know who is really on the other end of any phone call without very specific identifying information, and that our customers generally highly prize their privacy and our discretion.
