Refund Policy

What is Your Refund or Customer Service Policy? How does the Guarantee Work?

  • Shipping
    • Timeliness. We ship all orders within 1 business day of completed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday.
    • Expected Class of Delivery Service: We ship the product at the class of service that you choose.
  • Correct Product
    • Correct product. When you let us know that the wrong product was shipped, we will ship you the correct product at no additional charge. You do not need to return the original shipment to us.
    • Correct Product Quantity: If you do not receive the correct quantity, we will ship more product at no additional charge to you.
    • The product will function as described.
      • Obviously, this one can be quite subjective. If you receive a product and try it, and it does not function as described, please let us know. You will have the choice of receiving a replacement of same product or choosing another equivalently-priced product. We will gladly replace a product that does not meet expectations once at no charge. You may or may not be asked to return the original product (at our shipping expense).
  • Refunds.
    • Refunds are available for several reasons.
    • Obviously, if you do not receive your order, please let us know. We will either ship out the product plus extra bonuses for the inconvenience, or offer you a refund if that is not possible.
    • If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped out, we can either void the transaction if early enough, or refund your card.
    • Once a product is shipped out, refunds can be granted if the product is returned un-opened, un-damaged, and un-altered, on a case-by-case basis.
