How do I get reward points?

Rewards points are generated starting with your first order. And vary based on each product. The total amount of rewards points you receive for your order will be displayed on checkout. Bonus points may be given upon creation of a new account, depending on current specials.

How do I know how many rewards points I have?

If you have available rewards point they will be located on the bottom right side of the page when you are logged in.

When do I get my reward points?

Reward points will be earned 1 week after the purchase of the product.

How long are my points good for?

Points are good for one year.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Collect at least 1000 points, select product you wish to use your rewards points towards, check out as normal, on payment screen select “Redeem Reward Points” Complete payment as needed.

Why is there an amount due when I have used my rewards points?

Either there is shipping, since you can’t use rewards points towards shipping or there were not enough reward points.

Why do I need to enter my credit card when I’m using reward points?

This is a security measure to make sure we are shipping to an adult. Your credit card will not be charged.

What if I’m missing reward points?

Please contact customer service, and supply any email addresses or names used.
