If they allow alcohol to be sold, whats the difference? U cant control a human beings decision makin skills, what he/she does after they buy a product shouldn’t ruin it for everyone in the U.S. Wht happened to land of the free? Not so free when u have illegal immigrants living tax free, etc. And americans cant get a job cause of illegal immigrants. Dont punish other people from idiots who cant act normal. That simple.

I can completely believe what I have been reading regarding negative views toward incense. I however am on the total end of the other spectrum and believe in protecting the rights we were given. I know you hear alcohol and cigarettes are legal and more are detrimental to a persons health…but it is true. We still do not know long term effects of incense either. I’ve read before that destroying the incense industry will have a huge impact on the economy, but is that going to happen? I pray not and that others continue to comply with the law but with legal products that are hopefully continually formulated to fit with current laws. Every time I think about the laws I just get angry and as you can imagine the prosecutors view made me a little uneasy as well. The money is apparently important to them especially considering Operation LogJam where the sites were shutdown and arrests were made. But will they be charged..what do you think? I do know that alot of sites are saying they will be back soon with all new products. That could be a clue. Anyway, great site here and even better that you have a blog to follow the news which seems to be critical these days. I am very satisfied with the products and shipping here at herbalaxation and will continue to follow along. I hope that manufacturers continue to do their jobs well and come up with improvised and upgraded incense. Best of luck to you!

I am sure you will never actually post this, but what these herbal incenses do is make people not themselves. Luckily I had a strong group of family around me. Those that don’t can only truely be helped by a complete ban as has happened in dallas. Kudos to who ever stopped this poisin from getting to our youth. I am a grown man, I take responsibility for my actions, but an 18 yr old who can get it in 10 defferent flavors

Hmmm…I was thinking that was a veto they can override by 2/3 vote. It sure would be nice if Mr. President, aka Super Choom, would veto this bill, but extremely unlikely.

Im glad all this is over,, I just want the best All natrual smoking blend, For human consumption, That my customers can kick back and enjoy, at home, with no worries about getting Ilegal marijuana, getting tested for it, haveing the strong smell of the plant, and no chemicals faking thc, Theres many smoking blends out there, but some are just a rip off, I dont want to rip my customers off. And yes it may look like herbal incense, Spice, Salvia. whatever, There needs to be a test given to the law enforcement so when they find it, it can be tested right there. and not freak out and have that person arrested, for the wrong reasons, I will find the best, It wont make you high, but it it will satisfy, the smoker, just like tabbacco satisfies the nicotine, lovers, and relaxes them, calms their nerves, Not everyone wants a pill, want to drink alcohol.
